CloudLinux error: specified activation token can not be found on the server

Symptoms

During the server registration or converting CentOS to CloudLinux, getting the following error:

Cause

Plesk license number is used in TPA.XXXXXXXX.YYYY format, instead of CloudLinux product key.

Resolution

CloudLinux product key has the following format: XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Contact Plesk Licensing and Purchase Support to get the CloudLinux product key associated with your TPA license.
